Highgate, London: A Fresh Extension Completed with Timber Corner Bi-folding Doors

We were invited to a Bedfordshire Based property to discuss the exchange of an ill-fitting Composite PVCU Door to a Real Oak Solid Engineered Entrance Door. The frame was matched in RAL colour to the Aluminium Windows we also fitted via our sister company Living Aluminium.

Bespoke Engineered Timber Entrance Door with BANHAM Lock upgrade

We were contacted by our client initially to assist with adding a set of our bespoke Timber French Doors to their Kitchen renovation. The Front door was added to the order shortly after and the results were night and day when compared to the composite replacement fitted just 4 years prior. Our Banham L2000 and M2003 Locks were installed to enhance the security further.

ARK Timber Windows were invited to propose a set of 3x Timber Flush Casement Windows, more in keeping with the original designed windows of the property. The new windows were also specified with floating mullion to give a French Style Window.

ARK and our sister company Living Aluminium collaborated on this project, which featured our standard range Timber Front Door. The Bexley design is a perennial favorite among homeowners due to its period-style appearance and ability to let in light while maintaining solid security.

We were invited to our client’s property in Bedfordshire to help specify and design a suitable replacement Timber Entrance Door for the worn and well weathered existing door in situ. The brief was a sympathetic match to the existing door to stay in keeping with the theme of this once converted barn. Our 56mm depth door replaced the standard 44mm original door, added a higher thermal efficiency than the original.
